This exhibition planning focuses on the artist’s early behavioral experiments, presenting and shaping the key works of her artistic career. Several promotional materials will feature her important installation work Dots Obsession, which was exhibited in the Taipei Fine Arts Museum in 1996. This piece will be extended into invitations, brochures, posters, and postcards, most of which will be displayed in the media and processing room. The designs will incorporate varying shades of pink and black with different levels of reflection.

In collaboration with the professional planning team at the Museum of National Taipei University of Education, we are dedicated to refining the visual tone of Kusama’s work. Given the more experimental and spontaneous nature of Yayoi Kusama’s early creations, the exhibition handbook is designed as a small book with soft, tapered edges, offering an in-depth exploration of her most groundbreaking creative phase, spanning from 1951 to 2005.
